OPERATIONS
Responsibilities:
- To manage all aspects of factory’s administration, production, and up-keep of premise to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Working closely with others Department to implement and execute activities in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures such as SMETA, GMP, ISO, OSHE etc
- Ensuring regulatory and authorities’ (DOE, DOSH, MPK, BOMBA, etc.) requirements are met, including licensing, permits, certificates and other relevant approvals are obtained and renewed at all times.
- Achieve Operational Excellence objectives, Initiate and implement continuous improvement and cost saving plans with the objective to ensure optimal use of company resources and minimizing wastage.
- Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management from time to time to better manage the factory environment.
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production, machines capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Sciences / Business studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in gloves manufacturing.
- Mature personality, independent, and all-rounded in factory management and able to lead a diverse team / manage workers within the factory.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and result oriented.
- Able to work in Ipoh
Responsibilities:
- To monitor day to day Facility Engineering Operations Activities but not limited on Electrical Installations activities.
- To ensure all work orders are promptly distribute on time closure.
- To prepare, monitor, execute effectively and efficiently preventive, periodic, predictive and corrective maintenance for the plant wide power supply and utilities sections with safety manner and fire prevention.
- Lead and guide the environmental, energy loss buster, safety & Fire prevention, power supply and utilities for the ISO Proceedings.
- To prepare Energy Consumption Report for daily, monthly and yearly reports.
- To troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown promptly.
- To ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and approved procedures provided in Act 447 Electricity Supply Act 1990 and Regulations 1994 with updated enactments.
- To focus and develop member for future successors, Continuous improvement to the installations and maintenance.
- To assist on HT and provide shift operations & carry out loggings, checking & trouble shootings LV electrical equipment and supporting HT chargemen on running and checking as such as Co Generation Synchronizing, switch gears, electrical panel and M&E switch rooms.
- Assist management on projects, business plans and financial fidelity improvement plan on investment plan and operations activities.
Requirements:
- Must possess minimum valid Chargeman competency certificate AO approved and registered with SURUHANJAYA TENAGA.
- Chargeman A1, A4-1, A4-2 or A4 are consider to apply.
- At Least 2 Years of working experience in related field is required for this position
– Familiar with Mechanical & Building Facilities Control System
– Able to interpret OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 are an advantage

Responsibilities:
-
- Reports to Steam Engineer.
- Responsible for the smooth and optimum operation and proper maintenance of steam boiler, woodchipper, shovel, backhoe, forklift and all machineries/equipment in the company.
- Prepare and maintain daily/monthly relevant reports/data/logs/paperwork promptly and accurately according to SOP/standards required by the company and in compliance with the relevant authority departments i.e. DOSH, DOE and others.
- To supervise/ guide / monitor fireman performance and ensure work safety effectively.
- Perform Authorized Entrant and Standby Person for Confined Space (AESP) jobs and annual DOSH inspection works.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” level, any field.
- Required skill(s): Minimum 1st Grade boilerman Certificate by DOSH.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Have basic maintenance skill on boiler and equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- A team player, highly responsive and able to work independently
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the COGEN & HRSG.
- To Operate COGEN & HRSG; Steam boilers; Soft water plant.
- To collect water sample to test and monitor water quality as per scheduled. To take necessary action if found any water quality issues.
- To trouble-shoot and highlight to superior immediately if found any abnormality on firing and other related problems on COGEN & HRSG; Steam boilers. Able to perform minor repair and service.
- To trouble–shoot DI & soft water plant water quality problem if found. And able to carry out minor valve replacement and minor repairs.
- To record and document all works done; checklist and utility equipment breakdown event.
- To report to Engineering superior on any Engineering breakdown issues.
- To carry out housekeeping at utility area.
- Perform any others duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- To ensure the work area is safe and clean all times.
- Able to identify area for improvement (KAIZEN) to ease of operation and service. Safety, Health & Environment awareness & compliance.
- Knowledge & experience of steam boilers and thermal oil heaters operation; trouble shooting and some minor repair and service.
- Knowledge & experience soft water plant operation; trouble shooting and some minor repair and service.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Engine driver grade 1 or 2.
- Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
- Good Communication Skills in both verbal and written clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. ( Both English and Bahasa Malaysia ).
Responsibilities:
- Check and maintain the good housekeeping in overall production areas.
- Organize and allocate the machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks.
- Organize the rest time for Group Leader. Provide on job training to the newly recruited workers (Group Leader or Machine Operator).
- Record the training or guidance given in Employee Training Record.
- Ensure Group Leader performing their daily tasks in accordance to the written Work Instruction or standard operating procedure.
- Report to Executive or Engineer / Manager on any problem that cannot be resolved.
- Check and recommend the action to be taken to worker are absent from work (either group leader or machine operators).
- Enforcing the company’s rules and regulation.
- Attend the problems that cannot be resolved by the subordinates (both product quality and worker’s problems).
- To check and verify report submitted by Group Leaders. Action is to be taken when there is any non- compliance.
- Check QAI inspection result and take necessary action to solve the problem arises at the production lines.
- Ensure higher production output and with low rejection. Advise Executive @ Engineer or Manager for lines that need to be stopped for cleaning of formers or oven temperature matter.
- Check the latex, coagulant and polymer and change when required.
- Ensure chiller, chiller pump, hot water pump, air compressor, dust collector, offline machines, all auxiliary production equipment are in good functioning.
- Ensure parameters or specification for coagulant, polymer, powdering, latex, chlorination are within specification and control.
- Report to Engineering and C&I department for any breakdown.
- Conducting the equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
- Coordinate with other departments / section personnel to ensure smooth running of operation.
- Report to Production Executive / Engineer or Manager on overall production on daily basis.
- Coordinate with Compounding Supervisor for any change or deviation on chemicals or raw material.
- Ensure good housekeeping and proper handling, storage and preservation of the product at all related areas.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year.
• Self-motivated and dynamic to handle and execute multiple task assigned.
• Good Interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
• Independent and ability to achieve KPI.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage
TECHNICAL & SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product development, new material assessment, process improvement and cost savings program
- Providing technical assistance to Operation team for manufacturing troubleshooting
- Providing technical support to Sales team to identify market expectation, trends and opportunities and understanding customer requirements
- Liaising with customers & marketing on product development matters, customer complaint analysis and corrective action
- Liaising with various testing laboratory/certification bodies on relevant product testing and certification
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum Degree in Chemistry, Polymer or Polymer Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in glove industry a must
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and resilience, resourceful and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
- To manage medical device registration, 510(k) listing, medical device licensing and permit.
- To manage product testing and certification in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To liaise with medical device authorities, representatives, and certification bodies.
- To provide technical support to Sales team on regulatory enquiries and product compliances.
- To provide regulatory guidance to R&D team on product design, testing and validation.
- To collaborate with QA team to ensure product meeting regulatory standards for safety, efficacy, and quality.
- To handle audits for regulatory compliances.
- To maintain medical device file and documentation.
- Responsible for overall regulatory compliances of products throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Degree in Chemistry or Engineering .
- Experience in regulatory affairs from medical glove industry a must.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal .
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and resilience, resourceful and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
COMMERCIAL & ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Human Resource Head on all HR Department matters.
- To assist the Human Resource Head to ensure the consistent application of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- To assist and monitor the manpower requirement of all departments and follow up.
- To handle all disciplinary cases and ensure that the company policies are clearly understood and adhered too and to ensure appropriate action is taken.
- To hold exit interviews.
- To hold counselling with the factory employees in respect of day-to-day work and other problems affecting their job.
- To assist Human Resource Head on employee relations and employee engagement activities.
- To ensure the smooth running of the canteen and ensuring reasonable pricing.
- To assist the Human Resource Head in organizing and accessing the training and development needs of employees and ensuring the HRD Corp fund applications and claims are made accurately and promptly.
- To maintain proper records on all HR department policy and procedures.
- To perform any other assign job or ad hoc job as and when required by the Human Resource Head.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in HR or any other relevant qualifications.
- Have at least 5 years working experiences in Human Resources.
- Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicates with all levels
- Possess good communications and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales volume with approved profit margin.
- Actively develop new accounts in targeted regions.
- Manage and service key customer account, such as follow-up on orders, provide timely response to customers’ requests for quotations and attending to their requirements.
- Conduct presentations and participate in overseas trade-shows/exhibitions to build and promote company’s brand name and products.
- Handle customer complaints by coordinating with internal departments to minimize customer compensation and sustain company reputation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations and planning) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Study industry markets and identify opportunities of interest and value to the company.
- Maintain good networking in the industry and ensure up-to-date competitors and market information.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree / Master Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience (preferably in rubber gloves manufacturing industry).
- 1 – 3 years Export Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and dynamic to handle and execute multiple tasks assigned.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Independent and ability to achieve KPI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to write and converse well in English and other languages.
- Willing to travel independently to meet customers or set up exhibition booths overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure worker’s hostel surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained.
- Formulate and implement policies, procedures & system of administering workers’ hostel.
- Ensure hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations and Act 446.
- Supervise a team of hostel leaders to ensure day to day tasks being executed smoothly.
- Work with internal & external regulatory agency inspectors or auditor and to do corrective measures required during the audit or inspection.
- Administer and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel.
- Execute the required hostel management projects as approved by the management.
- Responsible for the welfares and disciplines of workers in the hostel.
- Ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations.
- Prepare relevant management report to management timely.
- Attend to any emergency cases and matters related to the workers in hostel.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, STPM or SPM.
- At least 2 – 3 Year(s) of working experience in managing workers’ hostel (local and foreign worker) in a manufacturing industry.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Have a valid car driving license.
- Possess good communication skill.
- Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge on Foreign workers management and have worked closely with relevant government department and agencies is an added advantage and preferable.
