KL-Kepong Rubber Products Sdn Bhd (KLKRP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK), a leading international plantation group with a rich history of more than 100 years. KLK is publicly listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with a market capitalization of approximately RM23 billion at the end of September 2023.
KLKRP commenced its operations in 1987 as a rubber glove manufacturer operating under the name of Masif Latex Products. In 2014, we relocated to a larger production complex and rebranded our company name to KLKRP, to be aligned with the larger KLK group. It was not until 2022, that we built a disposable examination glove plant, to add to our product portfolio. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, strategically optimizing value across the supply chain by vertically integrating upstream businesses with downstream capabilities. This involves the utilization of premium latex and nitrile sourced from both our group of companies and selected suppliers who adhere to the highest quality standards. This strategic collaboration enhances the company’s operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless and reliable flow of premium-quality materials for manufacturing processes.
Known as a Trusted Partner in the industry, with over 35 years of industry experience, KLKRP has garnered a reputation as a premier supplier of private-label gloves for numerous prominent brands across the globe. KLKRP also offers OEM services for reusable gloves, allowing customization to meet specific needs.
