International Sales Executive

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the General Manager.
  • Responsible for the assigned sales, marketing and business accounts and development functions.
  • To achieve the sales target and budget set by the management.
  • Monitor price movement of the products worldwide and advise the management on the decision making.
  • Manage the relationship with customers and updating market information to customers.
  • Ensure customer’s enquiries are handled professionally, tactfully and resolve any issues timely and properly.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Planning and Quality department to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management or equivalent.

R &D Chemist

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for new product development, new materials evaluation and process improvement including costing and samples preparation.
  • Trouble-shooting of manufacturing process related quality issues.
  • Providing technical support to Marketing/Sales team to identify market expectation, trends and opportunities and understanding customer requirements.
  • Liaising with customers & marketing on product development matters, customer complaint analysis and corrective action.
  • Liaising with various testing laboratory/certification bodies on relevant product testing and certification.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science or equivalent.

Process Senior Engineer / Engineer

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for evaluating & developing the advanced industrial engineering activities/process e.g. time study, process balancing resulting in improved technology, quality & cost saving.
  • Responsible to perform analysis on process related issues and provide solutions for trouble-shooting and root cause problem solving.
  • Providing technical support to Marketing/Sales team to identify market expectation, trends and opportunities and understanding customer requirements.
  • Responsible for planning and identifying process changes, equipment & fixture for new project/ processes to maximize utilization of machine capability, quality, productivity improvement plan / design change in product.

Mechanical Engineer

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist maintenance head in managing mechanical workshop to ensure maximum utilization of resources to support production operation with minimum equipment down time.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solution to improve plant reliability.
  • Implementation of all maintenance works of the mechanical system.
  • Implementation of improvement projects and building upkeep.
  • To do hands on trouble-shooting and perform corrective maintenance of any mechanical breakdowns and faults.
  • To provide technical advice to the project team for any related enhancement / upgrading works.
  • Serve as the lead mechanical resource in all mechanical trouble-shooting activities in the production department.
  • Assist in providing leadership to mechanical technicians.
  • Lead resource in fabrication / machining activities in mechanical workshop.
  • Coordinate annual maintenance shutdowns.
  • Monitor expenditure on maintenance, identify and recommend potential areas of saving.
  • Prepare and generate technical materials required for training programs, standard operating procedures and mechanical maintenance reports.
  • Assist to drive continuous improvement initiatives as required where line / systems improvements require support / contributions from the Maintenance Department.

E&I Engineer

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Head of Maintenance in compiling data, reports and in the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015.
  • To draw up preventive maintenance policies and schedule for all electrical equipment and instrument.
  • To mobilise manpower to support plant equipment installation, modifications, repairs and start-ups.
  • To supervise and motivate subordinates to achieve TPM and a safe working environment.
  • Maintain proper records of all electrical and instrument servicing, inspection, calibration, repair and maintenance work and have such records/register made available for perusal if required.
  • To assist projects team for all electrical and instrumentation control idea and installation.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Hands on knowledge on DCS / PLC Control.

Compounding Officer

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure chemicals or materials used for Production process are followed the FIFO system.
  • Ensure sufficient chemicals and materials being prepared for Production.
  • Monitor the chemicals and materials stock level and to place order when required.
  • Ensure chemicals and materials are neatly arranged and with proper segregation.
  • Ensure all preparations of the materials follow the written Work Instructions.
  • Ensure prepared chemicals or materials are being preserved from contamination.
  • Ensure no mixing up of the prepared or delivered materials.
  • Corrective and preventive actions are to be taken for any of the non-compliance.
  • To ensure all equipment used at the Compounding section are always in good condition.
  • Report to Engineering for any breakdown of the equipment.
  • Maintain the good housekeeping at all compounding areas.
  • Assist the R&D works when required.
  • Conduct on job training and guidance to the sub-ordinates.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or diploma in engineering.
  • Preferably candidates with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least three year with exposure to using ERP system.

Maintenance Engineering Manager

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for the day to day operation of maintenance department.
  • Responsible for defining operation and maintenance procedures, developing SOP, implementation of maintenance program and prompt corrective maintenance work.
  • Organize, update & monitor maintenance schedule, records, database, downtime and inventory.
  • Organize, coordinate and liaise with production team to perform good preventive maintenance.
  • To ensure the machines & equipments are running in the optimum condition in order to support the production fully and effectively.
  • Coach and mentor subordinates on process control, data analysis, problem solving and communication to perform their duties effectively.
  • To organize diagnosis and repairs of faulty, breakdown machine in safely, timely and professional manner.
  • To generate breakdown reports and key learning to avoid future re-occurrence and recommend the improvement needed. Documenting causes, diagnostics & solutions.
  • Work closely with production team in upgrading or modify existing plant equipment or machinery in order to enhance plant efficiency, productivity and improve plant working environment.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and result oriented.
Plant Operations Manager

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage all aspects of factory’s administration, maintenance, and up-keep of premise, utilities and all supporting facilities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Decide how best to use a plant’s workers and equipment to meet production goals.
  • Working closely with all Head of Department to implement and execute activities in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures such as GMP, ISO, and OSHE.
  • Ensuring regulatory and authorities’ (DOE, DOSH, MPK, BOMBA, etc.) requirements are met, including licensing, permits, certificates and other relevant approvals are obtained and renewed at all times.
  • Liaising and engaging with Consultants and Contractors to ensure effective management of manufacturing support activities and execution of facilities-related projects.
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement and cost saving plans with the objective to ensure optimal use of company resources and minimizing wastage.
  • Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management from time to time to better manage the factory environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Required skill(s): Factory Facilities Management, Administration, GMP.
  • Mature personality, independent, and all-rounded in factory management and able to lead a diverse team / manage workers within the factory.

Production Dipping Supervisors

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Check and maintain the good housekeeping in overall production areas.
  • Organize and allocate the machine operators to the Group Leaders in carrying out the daily tasks.
  • Organize the rest time for Group Leader. Provide on job training to the newly recruited workers (Group Leader or Machine Operator).
  • Record the training or guidance given in Employee Training Record.
  • Ensure Group Leader performing their daily tasks in accordance to the written Work Instruction or standard operating procedure.
  • Report to Executive or Engineer / Manager on any problem that cannot be resolved.
  • Check and recommend the action to be taken to worker are absent from work (either group leader or machine operators).
  • Enforcing the company’s rules and regulation.
  • Attend the problems that cannot be resolved by the subordinates (both product quality and worker’s problems).
  • To check and verify report submitted by Group Leaders. Action is to be taken when there is any non- compliance.
  • Check QAI inspection result and take necessary action to solve the problem arises at the production lines.
  • Ensure higher production output and with low rejection. Advise Executive @ Engineer or Manager for lines that need to be stopped for cleaning of formers or oven temperature matter.
  • Check the latex, coagulant and polymer and change when required.
  • Ensure chiller, chiller pump, hot water pump, air compressor, dust collector, offline machines, all auxiliary production equipment are in good functioning.
  • Ensure parameters or specification for coagulant, polymer, powdering, latex, chlorination are within specification and control.
  • Report to Engineering and C&I department for any breakdown.
  • Conducting the equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.
  • Coordinate with other departments / section personnel to ensure smooth running of operation.
  • Report to Production Executive / Engineer or Manager on overall production on daily basis.
  • Coordinate with Compounding Supervisor for any change or deviation on chemicals or raw material.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferable with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year.
  • Self-motivated and dynamic to handle and execute multiple task assigned.
  • Good Interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.

Production Planning Executive

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Supply Chain Manager
  • Responsible for company’s production planning/coordination, control and master scheduling
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Purchasing, Operations, Marketing and Shipping department to ensure that the raw materials/resources required are available, in line with the production planning schedule and shipping deadlines
  • Forecast manufacturing production processes and capacity by product and time horizon
  • Maintains relevant reports and provide input to management i.e. reschedules production in the event of change or orders, labor/material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
  • May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or any field.
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in the manufacturing specializing in production planning

QA Engineer

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of the finished goods meet customer’s requirement at all time by providing accurate and timely feedback to the production department on product quality during the production process and to ensure corrective actions are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Laboratory, Packing, Warehouse and Compounding for issue related to quality.
  • Handling of customer’s complaint. Study and investigate on the complaint, report on the findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Implement and manage control procedure and system to ensure the product meets the standard specification.
  • Oversee activities relating to the in-coming material inspection, in-process quality control and pre-shipment inspection of finished goods. Prepare inspection reports/records relating to inspection of product quality.
  • Analyze dipping lines defective rate data and prepare reports for Management meeting and Quality Improvement meeting. To propose and to monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Monitoring of QA/QC worker’s efficiency. To train and coach subordinate to improve their performance. To promote good employee relations and enhance employee morale.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree or master degree in a related field.
  • Good Communication Skills in both verbal and written clear and easy to understand and include listening skills. ( Both English and Bahasa Malaysia )
  • Preferably 3 years experiences in gloves manufacturing (medical examination gloves).
  • Good understanding in ISO9001 and ISO13485
  • Good understanding in QA/QC system/tools eg AQL, SPC, customer complaint, internal audit, etc

Sales Admin Cum Coordinator

Based in Head Office, Ipoh.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
  • Provide support on delivery schedule and monthly reports.
  • Process sales order and distribute to various department.
  • Work closely with sales manager or executives to ensure all customer requirements are well coordinated.
  • Monitor and keep track on goods delivery as per schedule.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents.

Requirements:
